Graduated from Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia in 1980, and more than 10 years working experience in three biggest private university in Jakarta as lecturer and psychologist makes him being used to deal with people's problems. Graduated from Newport University in Business Administration in 1993 and more than 10 years working experience as consultant gives him sense of business and boarder mind set.
